Before you send us your request by email, we only recommend looking for a suitable answer in the FAQs.

Questions about the e-books

  • Click the “Free E-Books” tab on our homepage.
  • Now choose your desired e-book and click on “Fast View”
  • Select the desired language and click on "Place in the shopping cart"
  • Then click on “To the checkout”
  • Fill the form. Please pay attention to a correct spelling!
  • Click on “Continue Payment”
  • Click “Pay now”
  • You will now receive your download link on the website.

The completion of our e-books usually takes 4-5 weeks. Our e-books are regularly revised in order to be able to offer you the latest documentation for the product.

Danger! If an e-book is not available in your language, we ask you to download the English version because it is usually available earlier.

Questions about our products

Sold out products are usually available again in the next 2-4 weeks.

However, we recommend that you stop by several times in our shop because the times given above can vary.

We send your order with DHL or UPS. We also offer express delivery for both service providers.

The order is processed and sent within 1-2 working days.

You are welcome to enter your VAT ID in the billing address behind your company name. There is no specially planned field.

Simply send us a screenshot of the shopping cart to our customer service. If available, please let us know your customer number as well as invoice and delivery address.

Danger! The minimum order value is € 100 net.

After the order

After your order has received your order, you will receive your invoice by email within 48 hours. You will receive the invoice to the email address you specified in the order.

Danger! If you have not received your invoice after the 48 hours, please contact our customer service.

After your order has left our house, you will receive a shipping confirmation. In the shipping confirmation you will find a tracking number with which you can track your shipment.

Danger! If the place of delivery is outside of Germany, there may often be tracking errors. In this case we ask for patience. If the package does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact our customer service and tell us your request as well as your order number and delivery address.

An order change is Not possible. However, you can have the order canceled via our customer service if it has not yet been sent. If the order has already been sent, a cancellation is no longer possible.

If one or more of your products are clearly defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service directly. Describe your concern in a short message. We ask you to Order number such as shipping address to attach the message regarding a subsequent delivery. Our order number always looks like “AZ-XXX ..” or “XXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX”
